Africa Food Complex is a sole proprietor form of business established in 2024 by Mr. Lamesgin Assefa Mengistu. The factory has been built on 15,000 sq. meters of land located in the industry zone of Bahir Dar, the capital city of Amhara Regional State.
Birr 83 million has been invested to construct weigh bridge and buildings using for main production room, warehouses, for raw materials & finished goods, lab room, administrative & finance offices, cafeteria and store rooms. The production, warehouses and lab rooms partitioned and qualified with the extent required by brewery companies which are our major target customers.
The firm is organized with well-trained and experienced manpower. The capacity of our plant has 100 tones per 24 hrs. and three separate product outlets for Maize Foor, Maize Grits, and Maize Bran.
It is not only being the 2024 model that makes our production plant special but also additional machineries which can produce the level of fat and grits are installed.
We provide products that meet the quality standards set by the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise ES ARS 466:2022.

Maize Floor
